The general terms for accessing and using RACOPAES platform accounts and business workspaces.

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using RACOPAES, you agree to these terms and to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to do so.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account details, safeguarding credentials and activity performed through your account. Business accounts and company workspaces may require review or approval. Access may vary by account role, company permissions and feature availability.
3. Business use and records
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the business data it submits, including financial records, employee information, product descriptions, taxes and customer information. RACOPAES provides operational software; it does not replace professional legal, accounting or tax advice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, compromise accounts or infrastructure, misuse other users' information, interfere with service availability, upload unlawful material, or use the platform to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Availability and changes
Features and access may evolve over time. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure or security incidents may affect availability. We may change or discontinue features as needed, subject to applicable obligations.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the business content that you submit. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary for the platform to store, process and display that content for the service. RACOPAES branding, site design and software remain the property of their respective rights holders.
7. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted or suspended for security risks, policy violations, suspected misuse or legal requirements. A business organization's authorized administrators may also remove individual access. Record retention and data export may be limited by system capabilities, law and organizational authorization.
8. Important limitations
The service is provided subject to applicable law and any separate written service agreement. RACOPAES does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
